The American Society for Investigative Pathobiology (ASIP) and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) are excited to jointly sponsor a robust Trainee Scholar Awards program which recognizes the research excellence from both ASIP and AASLD members. The awardees will be selected based upon the scientific merit of their submitted abstract to the 2026 Summer Liver Academy Meeting (SLAM).
Likewise, ASIP and AASLD will also award Junior Faculty Scholar Awards which recognizes the outstanding research of early-career investigators. The awardees will be selected based upon their early-career productivity, accomplishments, and the scientific merit of their co-authored submitted abstract to 2026 SLAM.
